This page explains, in plain words, what information Trip Paglu collects and how it's used. It's a working draft for review.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us when you book, enquire or apply.
• Each traveller's name and date of birth, used to check the age range for a specific departure.
• Documents you upload for a trip, kept private to you and our operations team.
• Basic, consented analytics about how the site is used.

Who can see it

• Our team, limited to what each role needs.
• Suppliers, only the minimum they need to provide a service (for example a name list for a coach).
• Hosts and promoters never see your phone number, documents or rooming details.

Referral links

If you open a collaborator's link, we remember the code for up to 30 days on your device so they can be credited if you book. We don't build profiles of you across sites.
