Booking and confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once your payment is verified and the seats and rooms you chose are still available. The terms, price and policy versions shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your booking.
Eligibility
Fixed departures are for travellers aged 20 to 35 on the first day of the trip. Travellers outside this range may request a review for a specific departure. An approval for one departure doesn't apply to others.
Payments
Where a deposit is offered, it confirms your seats in the same way as full payment. The balance is due by the date shown at checkout, in India time. Missing a balance date doesn't cancel a booking automatically. Our team will contact you.
Changes and cancellations
See cancellation terms. If we need to cancel a departure, for example because the minimum group size isn't reached, you'll be offered a full refund or another date.
Hosts, leaders and promoters
Hosts are creators who travel with the group on specific dates. Trip leaders are our team members and are responsible for operations. Promoters recommend trips and don't travel unless they are also listed as a host for your date.
Conduct
Be kind, respect local communities and follow your trip leader's safety calls. Trip Paglu departures have a zero tolerance policy for harassment and illegal drugs.
